Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Portland address using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items
If your espadrilles, flat shoes, or other items arrive damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
